Thank you for supporting Sanctuary Village International Ministry (SVI Ministry). Every purchase and donation helps us continue our mission of sharing the Gospel, equipping believers, and serving communities around the world.
Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase or donation.
Digital Products
Digital products include, but are not limited to:
- eBooks
- PDF resources
- Bible study materials
- Digital downloads
- Online courses
- Audio and video teaching resources
Because these products are delivered electronically and become accessible immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You did not receive access to your purchased product due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
- You received the wrong digital product.
Online Courses
If you purchase an online course through SVI Academy, you may request assistance if you experience technical issues accessing your course.
Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase, provided that:
- You have not completed or substantially accessed the course.
- The request is based on a genuine purchase error or an unresolved technical problem.
Each request is reviewed individually.
Physical Products
For physical products purchased through our online store:
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing items from your order
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Where appropriate, we may provide:
- A replacement
- An exchange
- A refund
Returned items should be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging unless the item arrived damaged.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Print-on-Demand Products
Some products are produced and shipped by our trusted print partners.
Because these items are made specifically for each order, they cannot be returned due to:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Personal preference
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, please contact us within 7 days and include clear photos of the item. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Donations
Donations made to Sanctuary Village International Ministry are voluntary gifts that support our ministry programs, outreach, educational resources, and charitable activities.
As a general policy, donations are non-refundable.
If you believe a donation was made in error or an incorrect amount was charged, please contact us promptly. We will review your request and, where appropriate, process a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it may no longer be cancelled.
How to Request a Refund or Return
To request a refund, replacement, or return, please contact us with:
- Your full name
- Order number (if applicable)
- Date of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos (for damaged or incorrect physical products)
We aim to respond to all requests within 3–5 business days.
